Its been a weird sort of summer with two halves! One half looking after my children and the other half focusing on a new project with Unesco to find the best policy and best practice out there re: pre-service teacher training and HIV and Aids.
Like many who work in education, September always feels like the new year and I am starting this new year by reflecting again on the life of Professor David Morley as I get going on a project I devised over the summer to honor his memory. The project needs a parent and finding one is underway! Once the project is 'housed' I'll share more details with you in the hope that you will get involved.
Teaching aids At Low Cost (Talc) is one of the organisations David founded and they have written this lovely obituary. Learn why millions of children all over the world, many in very poor countries, are alive today and enjoy good health thanks to Professor David Morley...
